Should I wait to make a Worker's Compensation premium payment until I receive an invoice (if I am set up on a quarterly payment plan)?

Yes. At the beginning of each Fund Year, your premium is estimated based on estimated payroll figures. This coverage is verified and documented by a Worker's Compensation "Declaration Page." At the bottom of this document we provide a projected outlook of your future payments. We state that this page is not a bill, because your municipality's premium may change throughout the year. Unless you are on an annual pay plan the Fund mails invoices quarterly (May, August, November and February) and prefers that payment be made upon receipt of the invoice.
