Margene Scott, Councilmember, City of Madison Heights

Margene has served on the City of Madison Heights Council for over fourteen years. She is a member of the MML Michigan Women in Municipal Government, the Women’s Official Network organization, and a forty-year member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Margene also served as the 2004-2005 President of the Michigan Municipal League and was awarded the “Woman of Achievement” honor in 2006.
