Kevin Welch, City Manager, City of Tecumseh

Mr. Welch has 25 years experience as a municipal official, he is currently the City Manager for the City of Tecumseh. He has served on the MML Labor Relations Committee and on the Infrastructure and Environmental Committee. He is a member of numerous service clubs and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration. While working for the Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Mr. Welch handled loss control projects for MML insurance programs and was eventually promoted by Meadowbrook to the position of program manager. He is also an adjunct instructor for Baker College.
