Welcome to the MML Workers' Compensation Fund !

We are the premier provider of municipal workers' compensation insurance and risk management services in Michigan. We serve more than 750 cities, villages, townships and other governmental agencies. The Michigan Municipal League is our sponsor and administrator. Meadowbrook Claims Service is our claims administrator.

Our mission is to be a long-term, stable, cost-effective risk management alternative for members and associate members of the Michigan Municipal League.

Our web site is designed with three goals in mind:

1. To give Fund members a convenient, complete risk management resource that is fun to use and simple to navigate.

2. To market the Workers' Compensation Fund to non-members. Why not? We have the lowest rates, the fastest claims service and have returned the largest dividends of any insurer in Michigan, and no one is a close second! It is for this reason that unlike many other insurance pools, we don't hide all of our expertise and information in the "member's only" section.

3. To share information with our colleagues in municipal risk management. We have a responsibility to share our knowledge, invite others to share their knowledge with us, and mutually work towards improving the respect of our members and clients for our profession.
